My name is Ruud Vermeer and I live in Alhaurin de la Torre, Andalusia, Spain. Together with my wife Nicole in April 2022 started a B&B and Holiday home Finca Sueño de Vida in this beautiful region with numerous golf courses.
I was a P.E. teacher in the Netherlands for 26 years. In addition to working in a sports academy, I’ve completed many coaching courses working on development and sports including the PGA golf instructor course.
It was twenty years ago when I was first introduced to golf. Golfing is a wonderful way to relax whilst being surrounded by mother nature.
My dream has always been to be able to play golf in Andalusia! How amazing would it be to give people the opportunity to experience an Andalucian golf adventure?! I always look forward to teaching and helping people improve their golf skills here in golf paradise in the province of Malaga.

Enjoy the power of Yoga on mind, body and focus on or around our Finca. Yoga instructor Tyler James has worked for years with various athletes at the highest level to give them the perfect preparation for their sporting achievements. With a mix of Yoga and Pilates and Sport Yoga she gives you the perfect mix of strength, flexibility and relaxation. Also the perfect preparation or cooling down after playing golf.

A full-on experience on the golf course
We practice basic techniques using in-game formats; putting, chipping; pitching to full swing, and play on a real par 3 golf course (3-4 holes). It’s a full-on golf experience. We close the clinic off with an award ceremony, giving out prizes for the golf star of the day! The clinic can also be combined with snacks and drinks. Inquire about options and the additional costs.

In-course coaching and analyzing your golf game
Whilst on the course you’ll be given pro-tips that you can put straight to use. After being analyzed, it’ll be possible to put together a tailor-made training program. We’ll play 9 or 18 holes followed by a discussion regarding the analysis. We’ll then proceed to determine the goals together to improve your golf game.

Training basic techniques in groups
If you want to train with your team or golf friends to improve your golf technique, it’ll be possible to put together a program with some mutual consultation.
We’ll work on the different basic techniques using competition form. In addition to training, you’ll also get individual tips to improve your golf technique.

Ryder Cup de Andalucía
(Only possible when staying at Finca Sueno de Vida)
We’ll play a tournament with a group of 6 – 9 people. We’ll make two teams and play various games on different courses in the region. It’s always possible to make a tailor-made program. Daily rates can also be made available.
